Why I am not able to withdraw my referral commissions ?
As MS has 7 days refund policy. To withdraw commission you need to wait 7 days. MS will review your referral's commissions and approve till that period. Also note that your referral commission will be available to withdraw to same payment method (ecurrency) that your referral has used for invest/deposit and minimum withdraw amount for commission is $0.5.

No, this is not allowed in the system. Each real person can create a single account for them self, In suspect of that we may ask for the ID and Address proof to verify the authenticity of account. In other words, and individual cannot have multiple accounts. Violation of this rule will result in the termination of all services provided within the system and deactivation of the account(s).

Yes you are right, our system allow only 3 new registration from single IP with in 24 hours, so your other family member need to wait next 24 hours to register.

I no longer have access to the e-mail I used for registration in the system. Can you change the e-mail in my account ?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. What we can do in this case is block the account in question and refund all the money invested to the payment systems' accounts through which the money have been deposited. This is done on an individual basis. Most likely we will need to ask you certain additional questions in order to verify your identity.

I have deposited amount but I see less amount is deposited in my account why ?
We credit your account with the funds we receive in our ecurrency account. Since you funds are to be invested in respective sector we are not paying the ecurrency transaction fee by ourself so we deduct that fee and credit your account. To get same amount deposited in your account you can use Perfect Money.

Why there is 0.25% in Saturday and Sunday (weekend days) on sector Forex, Commodities and Stocks ?
As we do real business so we credit only the received amount in our account (deducting the payment processor's fee), similarly there is not business in weekend days in Forex, Commodities and Stocks in our location.

Do you accept Bitcoin ?
Yes we accept Bitcoin via OKPAY, to deposit Bitcoin you must choose the payment method as OKPAY and while paying via OK Pay there is option of Bitcoin, OKPAY process Bitcoin based on the same day conversion rate to USD. We accept Bitcoin but not able to pay in Bitcoin.

Do you have refund policy ?
Yes, we do have refund policy, we have 7 days refund policy with no question asked. It must be requested via help desk. While refunding we deduct the 5% referral commission and send the remaining amount in same account used in funding. This policy will be violated if you withdraw your profit. It means you accept to continue the program till your funds are matured.

Can I request to refund my investment more than one time ?
No, This is not allowed. You may request to refund only one time. Once you already have requested refund then you are not allowed to ask for refund next time. You already tested our system and now again doing same thing is not allowed. This is to avoid any possible fraud.

Available is the sum of the profits of all investments, however to withdraw you must have minimum of $1 in profits per investment individually. In this case you may have multiple investment with profits less than $1, with sum of those profit greater than $1.
